Traveling south on the 101 Freeway, take the Five Cities Drive exit on your right. Turn left at the end of the offramp. Turn right at 4th Street, continue over the hill, then turn left onto Grand Ave. Follow Grand Ave. to 9th Street and the clinic will be on your right, at the corner.
Traveling north on the 101 freeway, take the Oak Park exit on your right. After exiting the freeway turn left onto Oak Park Blvd. Follow Oak Park to Grand Ave and turn right onto Grand Ave. We will be on your left hand side on the corner of 9th and Grand Ave.
